The Manufacturer acknowledges that the program does NOT cover any special off-invoice allowances or other costs except the base cost of participating in the itemized events above.
Payment for the program above is NOT contingent on any specific sales goal being met and is intended solely to support the manufacturer's local marketing through Vistar.
Suppliers who participate will be invited to the 2026 Buying Show, which includes a supplier reception, customer reception and 2 days Live Show. This event will be made available to ALL customers to attend, where all manufacturing-supported deals will be offered to ship for a 6-week window.

Max Mega booth only available for Diamond 400sqft+, booth layout subject to approval of Vistar and a max expense.
